RumbleRoller Review & GIVEAWAY

Let's talk about recovery! We all know its good for us. We put our bodies through miles and miles of training and then go all out during a race. Our body definitely needs it's recovery. One of the best ways to recover is by foam rolling. Foam rolling helps your body increase its blood blow flow and helps to lengthen muscles, tendons, and, ligaments. Plus it just feels oooooooooh so good and a painful in the best of ways.

The Compact RumbleRoller was sent to me by the people of RumbleRoller to do a review on. So whats different about this foam roller when compared to others in the market? Well first off you'll probably notice the pretty hardcore bump protruding from it. These bumps allow for a deeper massage and also let's you concentrate on a specific area to break up nasty adhesions and scar tissue. Other foam rollers do this but now quite as well as the RumbleRoller because of the bumps/nubs surrounding it.

The gray RumbleRoller X-firm is the firmer of the two options you can get. There is also a blue RumbleRoller which I would assume is a bit softer than the X-firm. When rolling on it, Yes, It is a pretty deep massage but in the best way possible. I for one am always asking the masseuse to go harder on the pressure and the X-firm definitely goes harder.

This is the compact RumbleRoller but they also have the full size ones which are longer and a bit bigger in diameter (6" compared to 5"). I like the compact RumbleRoller for its portability and storage.

Another feature of the RumbleRoller is the materials that it is made from. Is you can tell form the pictures the RumbleRoller is quite shiny and slick looking. This helps it repel most dirt and leads to it being easy cleaning.

All in all this is a great product for those looking to get into foam rolling and also a great upgrade to those already using foam rollers.

To find out more about this product go check out their webpage www.rumbleroller.com The RumbleRoller retails for $44.95.

Highlights
  • The Bumps, nubs, spikes or whatever you want to call them really add to the massage experience.
  • Portability and ease of storage.
  • Sturdy and easy to clean.

  31. I have a handful of marathons on the schedule and would love to toe the lines injury free. A PR would be a bonus. Running with my 2 boys, aged 7 and 10, is so much fun. We are running a marathon relay along with my wife and father coming up this April. I'm doing the first leg and also running the whole thing, staying with everyone else on the course. It's been a rough winter for getting the kids outside to run, some days I've taken them out destroyed my chances for father or the year!
